is there a way to stop this!!

hey..umm ok everytime i get and email and tons of them since im suscribed to the threads on my hotmail inbox notifying me that someone has posted on the thread...is there a way to stop receiving these emails?? ty

:16:On the user cp page, you have to delete all of your subscribed threads and set your options for no email updates. That should be it!

I was getting all of those emails too. It really sucked. lol

. everytime there is a board error i get an email sent to me.. .. ive had my email box start with 1 page then go to 19 pages when something goes wrong.

good, now I know to hit refresh 1,000 times, next time the board gets mesed up
