I like the banner a lot. I signed in today and was like wooh, that's tight. Dexter looks the greatest in my opinion. In fact, that's the greatest pic I've ever seen of him, he looks good. Levrone looks weird like that on the left imo. Other than that, I think it looks better than the old one except it should have a border, no? It looks too open with just the pics, I'm not saying fill it in with color, just put some lines around it like a pic.

There are still changes that we plan on making to it. The Flex picture is probably getting switched.
