You guys all have them on the LEFT side of your USERs deal as well ?? All the way down the left side is nothn but Red X's

Ok, so let me get this straight... I am using FireFox browser which doesn't show any X's, so I assume you guys are using Internet Explorer. In the "My Profile" link the navbar at the top of the site - if you click that, you are saying you see red X's all down the left hand side? That's where people's avatar's go next to the comments they have left you. If they don't have an avatar it will show an X - and indeed I'll need to replace that with some sort of default avatar. If you're talking about something different let me know.

yes i am using internet explorer, when i click on user cp there are tons of red x's down the left side. also next to the social groups there are nothing but red x's.

its in the user control panel that shows all the red x`a in my profile i have the members avatars so no problem there, and yes i use Internet Explorer,,

I had always used Internet explorer up until a couple months ago, I am using Firefox as well so I don't see any red X's.

Ok well i got a few if you're willing...

I was gonna re-design my profile page but i can't use animated images, when I add the URL a little red message comes up on the top-right of the page saying it's invalid. The image is really small like 120x100 pixels, a little black and white static image.

Secondly, I can't upload .png images to my albums. I don't recall if i tried to do this before, but now i can't. I use .png because i don't want to have lossless images, like how it gets all pixelated in .jpeg or .bmp stuff.

Can I get some advice/help? Thank you.

What's the url of the image you're trying to add? I can't recall offhand but I don't think animated images will work in there.

Sorry, no PNG's - just JPG or GIF (and maybe TIFF too, but don't know why you'd want to use that for the albums..). You should be able to get a pretty high quality JPG that will work just fine and still keep the filesize manageable.

Yeah, not sure that will work, especially if you want to use it as a background image. Not to mention it would probably give people seizures if they looked at it for too long. LOL.
