If I'd guess. One of the people who frequent the chat box said something that made the dungeon look bad, off topic, crude, inappropriate, etc. If so, could get BBD in trouble.

Might be completely wrong, but that's my thoughts. No other reason why it would be taken away really..

The shoutbox is down as of now. There have been problems with it since the update and it will be back up as soon as possible, which may or may not be for a while.
