membership status

i see a lot of people have the VIP title as their userbar... do you donate money to the dungeon website or something to become a VIP?

i searched for "vip member" but none of the results were stickies or anything, it just turned up a bunch of random threads. just to let you know, i did search.

basically you're chosen by the WM and VIP's will nominate you.

It's if you have really good info, good posts, quality over quantity, and overall just a nice guy.

you can get v.i.p by donating some money to the dungeon but its mainly if the other v.i.ps nominate you

i think that would be BS if you could pay and become a VIP, VIP is something you have to work for and it is a sign that shows people you are smart and if just any one could be come one would be horrible

Agreed, a "Distinguished Member" tag of some sorts would be more appropriate, just my 2 cents.

I don't know how many guys have paid to the site, but I think the Distinguished Member tag is not a bad idea, maybe WM could put it up if there's actually a few guys who have paid?

if you go to bodybuilding discussion and there a sticky called bbd newsletter theres a couple guys in there that said they paid, but i havent seen them posting

I'm pretty positive the accessibility to pay for you VIP status has been disabled. A while back, there was the option to pay for the status. Not now. If you could, it'd be accessible through the User CP, which it's not.
