Hey webmaster ! Im starting this thread as i do not want my original thread to go to waste ! And not get looked into etc !

From the replies on my " Classified's " thread it looks like having such a section would be a good thing for the forum ?! Most/all members are up for the idea of having this section incorporated within the site.

The more who use this site the more £££ you get correct ?! Plus the current members can sell and buy from those they trust, so everyones happy. It really looks like this could work.

I would however advise the section be moderated at all times making sure " members " stick to the rules and guidelines. I would be more than happy to moderate the section as im proposing the idea, but that would be your call.

Would appreciate your feedback.

Looking into it but there's a lot of gray area with it right now.... don't want the FDA looking into things and classifying us as a place that sells things or encourages the sale of things they're cracking down on. We were already named in one of the recent arrest reports so I don't want to draw any more unnecessary attention to us right now.

Thankyou for getting back to me regarding this subject.
I did not realize this site was named in an arrest report, and not wanting attract the wrong type of attention is absolutely understandable.
But as mentioned ... If moderated ... and in making sure users do not sell any illegal substances etc which would be your biggest concern which im aware of !

You have final say at the end of the day but please do not totally rule out such an idea. In the long run I personally think it would be more of a good thing than a negative but you have your reasons of course.

As mentioned I would be more than happy to moderate such a section if it helps.

The problem right now is what's "legal" and what is "illegal" is such a gray area right now with some products... What one day is considered OK by the FDA may be investigated as illegal the next day. Appreciate the offer to moderate the area, but we'd do that ourselves IF we ever do this....it's my ass that would get visited by the feds if we screw up.

whose to say that it wouldn't happen, maybe in the future poison. with all the busts that have been happening lately...especially in our area of the country, (pa, delaware, nj, new york, maryland) it'd be crazy to start up something that could possiby get anyone in the sport into any trouble, especially those who have brought about this great site.

webmaster i have just been on the fda website it all about food and drugs which we would not be selling i can post up the legal stuff if you would like me to but we would be only selling things like gloves and things am to sound off
