Either he doesn't have the email notification set up (which I highly doubt), he doesn't ever check his email, he doesn't check the feedback section, or he simply doesn't care. Not that hard of a response... yeah I can do it or no I can't. + still hasn't banned Merza which implies to me that he doesn't care to follow the rules that he created for the forum.
