easiest way:

1. go here http://imageshack.us/
2. "browse" and find the pic you wish to upload
3. press the "host it" button

if you want to post your pic as a thumbnail, highlight & copy the link next to to "Thumbnail for forums (1)".

if you want to post the picture as it's original size in the thread, highlight & copy the link next to "Hotlink for forums (1)".

then just paste the link in the thread. and thats it
