The gym is small only just over 3000 square feet total, with 2400 square feet of actual gym area. But I like it, and business is going much better than I anticipated.

It's equipped with 2 sets of dumbbells, 1 set to 100, the other to 150, cambered and straight bars in 10lb increments from 20-160lbs, more plates than a gym this size needs, and great machines. I even managed to track down an old Nautilus plate load pullover and combination plate load bicep/tricep machine.

I went for a Temple Gym look (Dorain yates gym)

Looks good, but a bit boring and sterile. He should hang some BB posters up og some plants or something.
