What do you think about splitting some of the forums (like nutrition, training, supplements, etc.) into two different sections: One for those whose goals are primarily gaining weight, and one for those whose goals are primarily loosing weight.
I've seen a few posts where the poster (or replyers) have commented that the majority of the posts tend to be by those trying to gain more so than by those trying to lose. I suspect, however, that many of the users here could benefit from both sides at one time or another
Ideally, I'm sure everyone wants to loose bodyfat & gain lean muscle mass. With diet, supplementation, steroids & training philosophies, however, instructions leading to these two objectives often contradict one another. With parrallel, complimentary viewpoints more clearly delineated, pinpointing relevant information for your specific goals at that specific time may become easier.
