Not real sure what this has to do with Bodybuilding Dungeon, but on a quick Google search for you I found the following:

Those are the guys you need to talk to, but I'm guessing you weren't really hacked...and that you just got a warning from your firewall that they had tried to access your system.

Because this site is mainly visited by americans i thought that that might have something to do with it.

There's only two of us on here that have access to see anyone's IP address, and believe me we have much more important things to do than pick people at random and try to hack them. He probably just got a popup that said that IP address was attempting to connect to his computer and freaked out. Trust me, it isn't the first time and it won't be the last time. You should see the logs from people that try to connect to me. Pages and pages. If you ever can't go to sleep, ask me and I'll send them. Guaranteed to put you to sleep in 5 minutes or less.

I GOT IT!!! it was the Russians from that other bodybuilding forum trying to set us up by masking their IP address as a US one. Those damn Russians!
