I was looking around and noticed u have all the boards, main discussion, training, videos, etc, and although u have the nutrition and supplement board, i was thinking about a recipe board, it may not be necessary but i feel like im always running out of ideas for what to eat (although i do know all the whole foods to inculde in my diet), to make my meals taste better and whatnot, seems like a recipe board would be nice, what do y'all think? plus, if you think about it, every bodybuilder is his own personal chef!

Start posting recipes and I'm sure something will follow - supply meets demand and right now you only have a few demands for this type of thing on this particular board - SO - get to work...

I wouldn't mind seeing some recipes, as long as they are "moron-friendly", so I can follow them.

alright check out this simple and easy recipe that i usually have around lunch time, its super quick and easy

first off you need a bag of Tyson's chicken fajita strips
some hot sauce from taco bell (or mild or whatever you prefer)
and about 3 or 4 small potatoes

peel the potatoes and cut them to about smaller than golf ball pieces, boil that in water for about 10 mins

then pour about a cup of water into a 10 inch skillet and put however much tyson chicken you prefer

cook the chicken for about 10 minutes (by the way the chicken is precooked)

then once its all cooked after 10 or 15 mins, just simply drain the potatoes and drop them on your plate (instantly mashed potatoes!!) and put your chicken on the side, i usually pour about 3 or 4 packets of hot sauce on the chicken, tastes pretty good
