Loading the site takes time !!!!

i've been with this problem for week i guess .. when i try to load the site .. it takes time to complete .. some times not .. it freezes and nothing appear to time .. are u guys facing the same problem ?? is there any update running to improve the server .. because i've got confused with that .. slow load of pages

well actually, this site will sometimes not load at all for me. I'll try to post something and it will take forever and just say error. It does this not very often, but probably more than it should. I think it only happens to me because its when the site is as its busiest and maybe its bandwith issues.

Its Pains way of slowing our comps and in that window he collects all our personal information and steals our identity lol.

If they used spyware doctor to scan and remove spyware and then use AVG for a full drive search they wouldnt have this problem.

They cant all be like us rob. Some people have it... and some just dont

post a link so I can download this spyware doctor and AVG. I keep my stuff pretty clean, as I said it usually only happens to me when the sites at its busiest so I didnt know if it was just from all the traffic.

me too .. and i didn't visit any porn sites .. and all other sites work good with me except the dungeon

Ok guys .... ill hit you back with some links . You will be surprised, you will more than likely find around 70+ spyware when you scan and corrupt files. After scanning and removing restart and your comp will work well. Dont forget to disk defragment afterwards and windows scandisk. Also delete cookies and temp files.

1) run spyware doctor, when scan complete cure all spyware crap
2) Use AVG to do a full disk check and contain any corrupt files
3) Restart
4) Delete all cookies/temp files/IE files... everything net related
5) Do a windows scandisk
6) Do Disk Defragmenter - takes a little while depending on HD size
7) Restart and thank me

For a lot of users it's true they tend to have spyware/viral or trojans slowing them down or worse window XP !
I've had to fix several clients pc's with disabled antivirus software some had not received updates in over a year ...... by the trojan/viruses.
So do check the a/v is "enabled" and capable of receiving definition & program updates not just loaded.

Anyway back to topic,........ YES the site can be a bit slow at all times day or night, the occasional page fetch problems associated with too many requests to the same thread.
But for me with a 3.5MBps connection it's the front page that's always slow loading.
We should bear in mind that the more people that have fast connections the slower the page requests get as the servers struggle to handle the traffic.
The majority of internet servers have a slower connection to the internet (T1=1.54Mbps) than home users now.
