I received it this afternoon and both dvd's were bouncing around in the case. Disc 2 is visibly unscathed. Disc 1 is scratched significantly from one end to the other. I then tried playing them in my home dvd player and my laptop's dvd-rom and to add insult to injury...Neither of them will play!

Dammit! I am annoyed as all hell!!!

Anyone else having problems? I emailed the retailer and their policy states no returns of open merchandise . . . Hope I'm not SOL . . .

If you're discs were damaged during shipping, it isn't your fault and you'd have no way of knowing if they were damaged without opening the dvd case. So, email them and explain that these dvds are virtually worthless for you to have, since one of them is scratched. Im pretty sure they'd have to replace the item for you.

I ordered from Mesomorphosis.com. I sent them a nice and respectful email. The shipping box was in great shape, didn't look like it was handled roughly or anything. The Ronnie CofR DVD is great so far and the BFTO '05 that I got looks awesome . . . but the Victor one from what I hear has a lot of informative stuff in it about technique, tips, and what not.

We'll see what happens, but I definitely don't want a DVD that won't play other than being used as a clay pigeon when I go out for skeet.
