Been in the gym for a year now, i have need some good changes, but looking at making some major changes - was looking at my suppliment store and i know the guy pretty well and he has got me starting on week 3 of a 10 week cycle of capsules, with a post blocker for a month adterwards. can anyone look and see any of this looks like a good start or what your thoughts are, any help would be great, the price is not the issue, just wanna make sure it is worth the time and money.

cant find d plexx any where the second one just looks like a fruit thing all natural stuff. the pct will depend on what the first product is. maybe someone else can decifer the makeup.

yeah i looked it up to, and couldnt find it anywhere online they have a lab here in okc where they make it, just the ingredents - didnt have clue on wth there are. i did see where the second was all natural too. thaks for taking the time to give it a look over & thxs 4 the welcome, you guys seem to have a lot more knowledge, was just reading some other therds - wish i would have found this site before now.

lol, yeah i started at the gym 1-2 days a week for 30-45 mins a day, got hooked spend 5 days a week around 1 - 2 hours a day, lol. got one of those adictive personalitys i guess, lol

shit i go 5-6 days a week for around an hour and a half. lol. its very addicting man its like your cuming at the gym cuming at home and cuming on stage. lol. thats from pumping iron. good ol arnold.
