got a problem, is it possible to build lean muscle mass with 2-3 meals a day?
because these days thats as much as i can get in :/ plus about 2 shakes also,
but im wanting to build muscle with my H.I.T programme, but i dont want to do it if im going to waste my time with it because i wont be able to put on mass with eating 2-3 meals a day.
i try and eat lots of fried foods or carbs to see if i can at least reach my calorie intake i need,
it says i need 1925 cal a day to gain 1lb a week,
175 x 11 = 1925 cal
so my question is, is it possible? im willing to eat fatty foods also, but i just dont want to go on a H.I.T programme and not gain squat!
