01226 build muscle without eating much?

    hello,
got a problem, is it possible to build lean muscle mass with 2-3 meals a day?

because these days thats as much as i can get in :/ plus about 2 shakes also,

but im wanting to build muscle with my H.I.T programme, but i dont want to do it if im going to waste my time with it because i wont be able to put on mass with eating 2-3 meals a day.

i try and eat lots of fried foods or carbs to see if i can at least reach my calorie intake i need,

it says i need 1925 cal a day to gain 1lb a week,

    175 x 11 = 1925 cal

so my question is, is it possible? im willing to eat fatty foods also, but i just dont want to go on a H.I.T programme and not gain squat!

eating a lot of fried foods and carbs is counterproductive in that case why even bother training?

    Cork,
i re-read the threads, and im going to have 2, 1000cal shakes a day on top of my 2-3 meals, which should get me to around 4500-5000cal a day easy

also, yesterday i had 2 litres of icecream and it came to a total of 136000cal! and i didnt even gain a pound! wtf lol

but i need a 1000 calorie shake thats easy to make, but it has to be 1000cal,
    any recipes?

Are you ****ing kidding me right now??!?!?

How long does your memory last? Have you had temporal lobe damage and you can't remember things that are a couple months old?

Let me guess, your high calorie shake idea involves brownies and ice cream, right?

yes, the memory damage was most likely caused by the buildup of the dangerously high amounts of brownie and ice cream shakes, they are no good, my maple syrup and heavy cream based shake is vastly superior, just make sure you use organic maple syrup and raw heavy cream

Ok, I'll play. Mbt the issue is that this is an obvious question and you seem to be looking for an answer you want to hear rather than the truth.

Principle one: eat **** and you become ****.

Now here's the thing, this is true for most of us, but every once Ina while someone watches a video of Jay Cutler eating burgers and thinks that they can do that too. Calorie contng is not perfect, different metabolism, muscle mass, etc can have two people with identical bodyweights react very differently to the exact same diet. If I were you, I'd focus on eating healthy, clean foods without stuffing your face for the next little while...see what happens when you focus on getting the right amount of protein and lifting properly. Then, after 6 months, add or subtract a little bit based on where you're at and where you want to go. Remember last time you tried to bulk and your family started to tell you were fat? This will avoid that.

There is no secret formula that works for everyone, there is no trick people are keeping from you. This is all about LONG TERM consistency and small adjustments so you can learn how YOUR body responds.

Well first and foremost ditch the fries:) ok? After that drink lots of water because the body gets thirsty and alot of people eat more bacause bodily thirst causes hunger sensation.
For breakfast eat oatmeal, eggs, fruit or fruit juices, and brown bread or cereal for fibre

for lunch fish for(omega 3) veg, sweet corn, boiled chicken,

for supper, salad lettuce, tomato small amount of meat, raw carrot, stay away for potatoe salad and cheese, use a little bit of cottage cheese.

Concentrate on high protein and low carb food so you can gain muscle and loose fat at the same time
