skim milk precontest

is it ok to drink skim milk precontest? maybe 1 cup after working out? it has about 14 carbs / 14 g sugar

Half of those 14g or carbs are galactose, which you don't realy want precontest. You're already keeping the carbs to a bare minimum, you can't afford to take in carbs that don't replenish glycogen.

if you really enojy drinking it then 8oz after working out wont kill you.

If your just drinking it because you think its helping with something then scrap it.

I would take lactaid pills if you do drink milk because lactose REALLY makse you retain water
