When cutting is it still ok to take dextrose with my post workout shake? Will this interfer with me trying to get lean?

Any thoughts on this?

i do it post workout every time and ive been steadily sheading fat for a while now. while still making gains

yeah .. when i was cutting up .. i took 30 grams of dextrose and now i take 50 grams in bulking

AGes ago, last time I ordered the stuff, I got a little scoopie doo-hickey so I knew how much I was taking in. Now I'm not so sure

Maltodextrin bottle says 1 cup = approx 100g carbs. But according to the actual "conversion" charts, 1 cup is equal to approx 50g

so...what's up? how do you guys know how much crapolla you're taking in?
