ight i really dont know who to go with for dieting down, ive been looking at what yall are saying and it sounds great, but i dunno about eating a cheeseburger or pizza the night before contest lol. neva heard of that but il lcheck up on that and see what people think.

Thats what i asked and personally? i still dont really know, but as my training prep guy said, "avoid it" i avoid it, but i guess some people think it's a smart thing to do, the only thing im 100 percent positive about is, that your feeling will improve a lot. other than that, im not sure about the scientific facts about pizza 1 day before a show.

its a matter of choice, some do that, some eat a steak and potatoes. i just put in it there to give ppl the idea.

I recently competed in a contest, and noticed that everyone was eatingn whatever they wanted the day of the show. Why is this? Isn't this the day NOT to cheat?

I just read in an online article by Charles Glass that he will encourage his trainees to eat Caeser salad, steak, potatoes, chocolate bars, peanuts, chips, etc. in the 24 hour period prior to them going onstage. Apparently, in their stage of carb/fat/water depletion, these fatty foods give the muscles a fuller look.
