A friend of mine who's done my contest prep diet told me basically not to touch any fast food before the show, now i know its common sense not to eat pizzas when ur like 10 days out but i heard that 1 day before the show at night, basically all the high extreme sodium from the pizza for example will absorb into the muscles and it wont be so bad, plus you get to feel a lot better.
