HOw do you come back to normal after a show! I gain so much water retention and its been 3 weeks since the show and still no reducing! BLah any tips on getting regulated again!????????? Please h elp

This is my diet!


meal 1 6AM

1 cup oatmeal and 6 eggs (2 youlk)

Meal 2 9AM

shake (ON natural whey w/ soy milk)

meal 3 12 PM
chicken breast and sweet potatoe

Meal 4 (pre workout) 3PM

Shake (ON atural whey plus carbo gain)

meal 5 6PM

Chicken breast and sweet potatoe w/ veggie

meal 6 9PM

shaken (ON casin protein w/ soy milk)

But I have changed the chicken to fish lately to lower sodium! wadda you think?

200 g of protein 150 carbs and 15 - 20g fat

i put on 24lb's the sunday after my show. its normal for it to happen. Are you on any anabolics? i only ask that because three weeks is a long time to be holding that much water. have you tried doing a bit of cardio?

besides that i would say drink a lot of water.

BTW, fish has a much much higher sodium content then chicken. stick with chicken.

probably too late now as you would have worked it out, but in future I would suggest you drink shit loads of water especially on that much protien anyway.
