My current diet, and my diet the last week before the show, I'm 2 weeks and 1 day out

I'm 2 weeks and 1 day out from my first show

Current Diet
Meal#1(7:00a.m.):-1 scoop of whey w/water

Cardio:7:20a.m.-8:20a.m.

Meal#2(8:30a.m.):-8 egg whites
-1 pack reduced sugar instant oatmeal

Meal#3(11:30a.m.):-6 ounces of chicken
-1 yam

Meal#4(2:30p.m.):-1 can of salmon
-1 yam

Meal#5(4:45p.m.):-8 egg whites
-1 pack reduced sugar instant oatmeal

train:6:00p.m.-7:30p.m.

Meal#6(7:45p.m.):-2 scoops of whey w/water
-1 banana

Meal#7(8:45p.m.):-1 can of salmon
-1 yam

Meal#8(9:45p.m.):-1 cup of fat free cottage cheese



Mon-Wed (Mon and Tues:6 litres of water)(Wed:12 litres of water)

Meal#1 (7:00a.m.):-1 scoop whey w/water

Cardio:7:20a.m.-8:20a.m.

Meal#2 (8:30a.m.):-2 packets reduced sugar instant oats
-8 egg whites

Meal#3 (11:30a.m.):-8 ounces of chicken

Meal#4 (2:30p.m.):-1 can of salmon

Meal#5 (4:45p.m.):-8 egg whites

train:6:00p.m.-7:30p.m.

Meal#6 (7:30p.m.):-2 scoops whey w/water
-1 banana

Meal#7 (8:30p.m.):-1can of salmon

Meal#8 (9:45p.m.):-1 cup of fat free cottage cheese



Thursday (Thurs:3 litres of water)

Meal#1 (8:30a.m.):-1 scoop whey w/water
-2 packets instant oats (any flavour)

Meal#2 (10:30a.m.):-8 egg whites
-1 large white potatoe

Meal#3 (12:30p.m.):-6 ounces of chicken
-1 large white potatoe

Meal #4 (2:30p.m.):-1 can of salmon
-1 large white potatoe

Meal#5 (4:30p.m.):-8 egg whites
-2 packets instant oats (any flavour)

Meal#6 (6:30p.m.):-6 ounces of chicken
-1 large white potatoe

Meal#7 (8:30p.m.):-1 steak
-1 large white potatoe
-2 cups mixed veggies

Meal#8 (10:00p.m.):-1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
-4 rice cakes with peanut butter and jam



Friday (Fri:1.5 litres of water, must be drank by 6p.m.)

Meal#1 (8:30a.m.):-same as thursday meal#1

Meal#2 (10:30a.m.):-same as thursday meal#2

Meal#3 (12:30p.m.):-same as thursday meal#3

Meal#4 (2:30p.m.):-same as thursday meal#4

Meal#5 (4:30p.m.):-1 steak
-1 large white potatoe
-1 large peice of cheese cake

Meal#6 (6:30p.m.):-same as thursday meal#6 +
-4 rice cakes w/honey

Meal#7 (8:30p.m.):-6 ounces of chicken
-1 large white potatoe
-2 snickers bars



Saturday (Show Day) (Sat:0 water)

7a.m.(Denny's)(before pre-judging):-egg and cheese omelette
-hashbrowns w/ketchup
-cheese danish

11a.m.:-6 ounces of chicken
-1 large white potatoe w/ketchup

1:30p.m. or 2:00p.m.:-1 steak
-1 large white potatoe w/ketchup
-1 large peice of cheese cake

4:30p.m.(before night show):-6 ounces of chicken
-1 large white potatoe w/ketchup
-2-3 rice cakes w/honey

after night show:-go to buffet with Mom and Dad.

where theres the green and yellow guys theres supposed to be a 7
where theres the red guy theres supposed to be a 6

solid diet dude. Only thing i would change is drink more water on the final monday and tuesday. but thats just me. good job.
