in 1 more month my contest starts, the problem is im scared that im losing weight too quickly... the good side is people telling me it doesnt look like i lost any mass but i still feel a little scared... during 2 months i lost about 6 kilograms... now i dont know if thats a lot or OK but i just want to hear some feedback?

should i stop the aerobics close to competition day? when? what about the weight issue?

thanks i dont know what i would have done without this forum

you dont want to lose like 50lb's, but you will lose a good deal of weight, particulalry if this is your first show. but i would stop cardio at about 10 days out, you can go longer, but make sure to stop the sunday before the show.

6kg is like 13lb's, in two months thats not a lot at all, just go by the mirror, not the scale

1kg/week would be ideal... anymore than that, and your propably loosing water along with muscle.
