These small tips will help you stay sain durring contest prep. #1) Sugar free gum- This stuff lowers your hunger and keeps your mind off of food. at 5 calories a stcik, you can have a pretty good amount of it, dont go overboard. I normally have about half a pakc a day durring prep if im not doing anything, they saved my ass durring school. #2) Sugar free jello- This stuff keeps your sweet tooth at bay, 10 calories a serving, helps fill you up, dont go over 3 servings a day. #3) Diet soda-0 calories, better then water (taste wise), like evertying else, dont overdue it. i only have about 3 a day when dieting. some people have a lot more. Some people dont have any, because of carbonation, fake sugar, ect.. i love the stuff and couldnt diet without it. #4)Cool wip free- 25 calories per serving, throw some on top of oatmeal with soem cinnimon and you got an awesome source of carbs. #5)crystal light- 5 calories a serving. pretty much water, tons of flavors so you get a lot of veriety. I like ruby red grapefruit the best.
