I am competeing for a show iiiiiiiin 4 weeks does this sound right?......my protein just being white fish and chicken breast . Carbs bing oatmeal and sweet potatoe and plain rice cakes, and my veggies being carrots, greeen beans, broccolli, and squash!
I am on 6 meals a day three being a three part meal...
1.)protein
2.)1 veggie
3.)1 carb,
the other three are a two part meal or a snack ,
1.)protien
2.)veggie.
meal schdule..
week days (m-f)
5:30 AM - vitamins and suppliments and 1 carb(if felt needed)
8:00 AM - 3 part meal
10:30AM - snack
1:00PM - 3 part meal
3:30PM- snack (and I train)
6:00PM - 3 part meal
9:00PM snack
Weekends (Sat& Sun)
8:00 AM - 3 part meal and vitamins and suppliments
10:30AM - snack
1:00PM - 3 part meal
3:30PM- snack (and I train)
6:00PM - 3 part meal
9:00PM snack
with my meals seperated to every 2.5 hours and a gallon to a gallon and a half of water(distilled)! yup and taking in around 180-200 ( 38 grams each meal) grams of protein and me weighing in at 130lb now and wantting to be around 118 or below for the contest.
