does this diet seem correct for a female bodybuilder???

I am competeing for a show iiiiiiiin 4 weeks does this sound right?......my protein just being white fish and chicken breast . Carbs bing oatmeal and sweet potatoe and plain rice cakes, and my veggies being carrots, greeen beans, broccolli, and squash!

I am on 6 meals a day three being a three part meal...
1.)protein
2.)1 veggie
3.)1 carb,

the other three are a two part meal or a snack ,
1.)protien
2.)veggie.

meal schdule..

week days (m-f)
5:30 AM - vitamins and suppliments and 1 carb(if felt needed)
8:00 AM - 3 part meal
10:30AM - snack
1:00PM - 3 part meal
3:30PM- snack (and I train)
6:00PM - 3 part meal
9:00PM snack

Weekends (Sat& Sun)
8:00 AM - 3 part meal and vitamins and suppliments
10:30AM - snack
1:00PM - 3 part meal
3:30PM- snack (and I train)
6:00PM - 3 part meal
9:00PM snack

with my meals seperated to every 2.5 hours and a gallon to a gallon and a half of water(distilled)! yup and taking in around 180-200 ( 38 grams each meal) grams of protein and me weighing in at 130lb now and wantting to be around 118 or below for the contest.


does this sounds right?

cut out the rice cakes, carrots and squash. If you could give me the total calories and macronutrients throughout your week, that would help out a lot.

do you want to be 118 after dropping your water or before?

my protein goes from either 4-6 (150 -200 calories a serving) onces in either chicken or cod fish, maybe whiting fish! and as of right now my last snack or 6th meal is 8 egg whites with some green beens for the fiber carbs.

1 week worth of calorie intake.....

7500 cal - Protein = 1300 gram of protein a week
1700 cal - veggie = fiber carbs
2500 cal - Carb = complex carbs

?? thank you for your help I really wanna get this right! Its my first competition.

what kind (if any) fats are you taking in right now? from what i see your doing things ok. you dont need to count calories from carbs such as green beans, celery, lettuce, mushrooms & brocolii, these things are so full of fiber and water that they dont effect you enough to count them in your diet.

6 meals a day is good. if you havnt started doing so yet, add in a spoon of olive oil in with one of your first three meals (after cardio would be best.) this will help you burn fat and cut it up like crazy. It's your first show so dont worry about it all that much, above all have fun with it.
