Thanks HP..bad thing is she knows it lol...Gymnastics since she was 4 and now 9 has really got her into the fitness thing lol..She does push ups and situps every morning

My boy is 16.He was into it when he was 14 -15 and showed good progress gained 8 lbs in 2 mos. Then he quit so hes 5'7 and weighing about 120.he is starting to pick it up again though.

Diet is hard as hell with schol and all but the hardest thing is trying to get in all my cardio in one day!

Yeah I bet. I have a hard time getting all my meals in with school and stuff too.

I'm sure a man of your stature will have no issues. Wish you the best of luck big man! Can't wait till you start competing in the road to 220!!

looking great there kaboom, dang my comp is 1 wk after urs, have been busting my hump but my body is fighting me on every pound, currently i am at 193.5 this morning, i think i am now throughly depressed, going to have to rethink november's comp now.
