Yea the seperation isnt there yet but it usually is the last thing that comes for me.I hate it too Because I have to wait til the last minute to see how my legs are gonna look!!

With your P/V days what came out of his basic protocol?
The whole eggs become egg whites.
O-3andO-6 stay the same,

What goes with the shakes?
fatty protein swapped out for another lean with veggies.

Yeah palumbo is a beast with prepping guys, I hear he has tons of stuff for off season work too.
Kaboom you are looking like your about ready bro! Thats what people need to see if they are considering competing. Has it been any easier after doing a couple shows? Im sure just knowing what to expect goes a long way. Thats alot of dedication and hard work invested. I admire that, competing is consuming. I know having your family supporting your goals helps. Alot of people look at it like its just a hobby or something. Its like running a marathon though! So much goes into it. great work man

Thanks guys.i wish i had time to put more pics up.The show is next saturday.No it doesnt get any easier but you dolearn what works for your body more and more. I am definitely using palumbo for my bulk this time but its going to be a short lived bulk because I have a show in may of next year.

Its been extremely hard to workout 2 hrs a day,do 3 hours of cardio a day and go to school full time and somehow I have manged to stay on the deans least woohoo!! lol

I did say something about parole officer or counselor but I have already been offered csid and i only need an associates degree for that so Im not sure yet
