Are you working with anyone on your contest prep? Nobody here is going to know you well enough I'm afraid to give you very good advice.

For hitting the stage, say you are competing saturday (you might be late on this)... you will drink 2 gallons from sunday to tuesday. 1 and 1/2 gallons wed, 1 gallon thursday, 1/2 gallon friday. Gatorade or something with electrolytes the day of the show. Your carb up needs to be all low sodium and low GI carbs. Make it oats and sweet potatoes. I'd say eat roughly 25-50g of cho every 3 hours atleast. If you feel like you aren't thirsty and can get away with less than 1/2 gallon of water, then do it. But like I said, if you are competing on Saturday, it might be too late for this plan.

Are you competing tomorrow?!

Sorry I couldn't help you out more buddy. I was gone all weekend away from a computer... I hope you found the answers some where else and everything went well.
