Just a quick rundown of what I dont want to see in this section.

* If someone posts pictures of themselves
1) no asking for nudes
2) Don't insult the person, contructive critisism only
A) nothing along the lines of "your fat, lose some weight"
B) anything like "you need some more size on your calves" is ok

* I dont want to see any insults to any pro's in this section, their pro's your not. you have no right to say they dont look good. (an exeption is if they have obvious sythol use)

* Don't say anything about Ronnie Coleman's stomach, he's Mr. Olympia, your not.

*DO NOT insult someone because they are using Steroids or anything to help them along, I will not tolerate this anymore. Its their choice to use steroids, you should respect their choices in life, in turn they should respect yours. There wont be any insults towards anyone's choice to use, or not use, steroids. If I catch anyone saying "well he's taking the easy way out" or anything along the lines of that, you will get a warning, if the problem persist you will be banned.

*No question is stupid when it comes to contest prep, its not an easy process. So no one go about saying "how could you not know that?" ect..

* We dont do this for the women. Anything said about "girls dont like meatheads" is stereotypical and stupid, there are pleanty of girls who like big guys, there isnt a reason to try to talk someone out of doing something just because some chick wont like the results.
