how far out are you from the show?

i know tony freeman did the keto diet prior to the arnold and came in flat because he didn't start his carb load far enough out.

sounds like a good game plan. remember its not how much you weigh but how you look. we should always strive to look better with each show.

are you keeping a journal of your workouts and diet?

this will help you in the future, so that you know what works and what didn't.

On a keto diet you cannot carb load like a regular diet. 25-30g of carbs per meal w/fats starting the day before the show. I would go on rxmuscle.com and read through his Q&A thread, tons of good info on it. I am prettty sure palumbo has his guys eat a cheese burger and fries after the pre judging
