Hamstrings and low back are my weak areas. They arent bad, just not up to par. I designed my posing routine to hide them. In the mean time, I am working them hard.

Im not holding fat, I just dont have the thickness I would like. Heavy squats/deadlifts bother my lower back, so I have not done them. As a result, I dont have a thick lower back.
