i dont eat anything the morning of the contest. If you do, it wont digest enough and you will bloat. since you have very little water in your system, it will just sit in your gut.
here is the final 3 days before a comp outlined the way i carb load
wed- eat carbs, drink 2 gallons of distilled water
thur-eat DRY carbs, drink ~2 glasses of distilled water
fri-eat carbs until 2:00- after that dont eat anything till the evening.
friday night- eat steak and a baked potato, keep eating this every two-3 hours until 10:00 at night
morning of show-nothing for me
the thing is that you wont be hungry the day of the show anyway. i didnt eat anything exept a protein bar after pre-judging. then after the evening show i went home and had some spagettii and cereal.
i meen, you could wake up really early if you think you wil be hungry on show day and eat something. that way since its so early it has more time to digest.

Thanks Gumby. I wouldnt have ever thought of that! I would have eaten somthing and looked like crap!
well, someone with a very fast metabolism could pull it off. i have a regualar metabolism so i stay away from it. i meen, if your really hungry then eat, but if you could not then it would be best, you get very flat/sucken n look to your stomach.
aha .. i will search for it .. cuz i'm not living in the U.S .. and not sure if there is a distelled water to sell in the market in my country .. so if there is not .. is there any subtitution of that ?

bottled water will work as well. just stay away from tap water.
yeah, if your photo shoot is on the same day as the show, then i wouldnt eat. As for the carb load, it all depends on how big you are,, how much you deplete, and how fast your metabolism is.
