this year i am planning on doing the npc empire classic on april 25th and the npc washington night of champions on sept 26th. whats everyone else doing? should be fun to see what everyone has planned.

haha about to end a 12 week cycle up to 270 at 6-7 percent body fat and this is only doing cardio 2 times a week. going to get down to 5% before i start my next naturally

ive got some laggin parts like calvs and lower back other then that i should be good for now at the amature level. i dont plan on going pro or anything dont want to make this a living. this is just fun to me and challenging

Well ****, I think I'm out for the show in May. It's going to cost $195 to compete in the Novice and the Open class ($165 if not in the Open). And I just found out it's going to cost me $500 to get new plates and register my car for Delaware (I moved here from PA). So since June is the one show that really matters to me, I'm only going to pay the money to do that one.

It's a shame because I feel like I was actually on schedule for this show. I've got the money, I'm just hesitant to spend it. I'm going to continue cutting and will only force the May show if I look amazing.

Well by now you all have probably heard me whining about not being able to do the NC state show on april 18 that I have been dieting for 11 weeks to do due to my job asking me to travel.
But I will Probably do the Metrolina and the Clash but not sure about their dates yet
