whats the best fat loss stack to take before a contest

I am doing my first comp in June, im 5"8, 220, 11percent body fat and about to start cutting down soon and really want to know from someone who is experienced, bc there are so many damn products out there, from experience what do you guys think is the best stack to take before a comp, also has anyone tried Anabolic extremes products called Mass Fx, if so post results, thank you

Are you competing naturally? This is a huge question in relation to what fat burners you can use. An ECA stack is a the classic option if you can get your hands on ephedrine, but also beware, ephedrine is banned in some (all?) natural organizations.

Personally I use lipo6x and enjoy it. I've done a comp diet without a fat burner and I feel like this is actually doing something. I'm a Scivation fan boy, but sad to say, Dialene 4 gave me some real intestinal problems.

usp labs recreate. dont bother with the mass fx either. waste of money. stick with lipo6x or recreate.

my competition is all natural, people are telling me that the mass fx is great for reduces estrogen as well as solid mass gains, i have nver tried lipo6 but definelty, under the banned substance list for my competition ephedrine is not under it. I am actually surprised with what is and what isnt banned, i mean obviously the major steroids are but other prohormones that i know of that dont do **** were banned, it just looked wierd lol. so lipo6 and recreate? How did you take them and what were your results

ECA would be the way to go, also can use cornsilk, milk thistle and dandelion for a more natural way to get rid or water retention

I just take Lipo6x as recommended on the bottle. 2 in the morning 30 minutes before meal and 2 30 minutes before lunch.
