

Hey guys,
My comp is this saturday and am in good stead bout 3.5% bf and starting to dry up but thats not my questions, what i have done to get here is basically
zero carbs high fat and protein for 4 days, then a carb refeeed (bout 600g of carbs) in 1 meal on day 5 and repeat.
Have been told buy a few people that instead o carbing up i should eat a fatty steak and bacon day of show and then snack on chicken with skin up until contest?
Just want to try and find someone who has done it before with some advice
