Sorry to hear of your experiences Neal. I just bought professional warmer, strips, and wax. Finally got the hang of it so I don't get it everywhere and it all comes off. I wax my legs. At first I thought the pain would inhibit me from pulling it off fast enough but I bent my legs like a baby squat and just used the upward movement to keep the pulling going and it worked great!
Also you can buy strips that have wax already on them - usually at the grocery store where you just heat them up in the microwave for about 10 seconds and those work well for your arm pits.
