Here's a sample diet:
Meal 1: 2/3 cup oats, 40g whey, water, vitamin C
Meal 2: 2 whole eggs, 8 egg whites, string beans
Meal 3: 4 oz chicken, sweet potato, almonds
Meal 4 (pwo): 40g whey, small banana
Meal 5 1-2 cans tuna, 2/3 cup oats
Meal 6: 4 oz chicken, cup of broccoli
