Im wondering if I should continue to take whey protein 15 days before competition or sticking only with my chicken ,tuna ,and egg whites ..
also im mixing boiled chicken with "tyson brand "chicken with marinade cuz im loading sodium but i dont know if its a "no no" cuz its pre cooked and contains some chemicals ..and at this point 15 days out ..should it be wise to continuing to do my refeeds??¿
