allright iv just been reading up on some of the articles here especially the one about the BF% and im assuming im aournd 9% maybe 8. Im 9 and a half weeks out is that good or to high at this point. Im doing Cardio everymorning befor Brekfast, Im eating around 250gs of Protein, 180 carbs and 20g fats.right now im 227 in the am empty stomach no shoes. Im wondering if i should be doing the high carb days and low carb days. I was reading about it in one of the articles and honestly i never heard of doing it. would it be good this far out to drop my carbs. I figure around 180 is in the middle between to little and to much for this far out. Im just worried im not going to be lean enough. is doing 50minx2 a day for cardion + workouts to much at this far out?
