I dont keep exact track of them. i keep track of my calories from food, but from everything else i dont worry about. an exaple would go like this, you can estamate calories, but there isnt a reason to worry to much about it.
mon-eat 1500, burn ~500 with weights, ~600 with cardio.
tues-eat 1200, burn ~ 400 with cardio
wed- same as monday
thurs-same as monday
friday- same as tues
saturday-same as monday
sunday- eat 2000 calories, burn ~500 with wieghts, ~600 with cardio.
thats just an outline pretty much. right now im almost 2 weeks out, so my calories change depending on what im doing that day. |
