hey guys .. i have been watched mr olympia 1998 .. and i saw ronnie began his pose in back side .. i always think that the best pose to begin your routine with it is front double bi's .. but after that i saw a lot of pro's did something else .. so what's ur favorite pose you probly begin your routine with it ?

The reason Ronnie started with a back pose is because simply... he has an awesome back. It is his most stand out bodypart. When I do shows I start with my back also b/c i have good size and detail in it.

I will put my left leg out to the side, cross my arms over/below my stomach and transition to a FDB. :)

i like anather pose to begin with it .. it's kind of of back double biceps and one of your legs is behind the other .. and you're just flex one of your arms and keep the other one behind your head

Isn't that more of a transition pose than a beginning pose?

I'm just like Gumby, I'm known for a strong back, therfor i cant start with the back, it will make the front look bad and weak, i always start front, finish with the frong poses, and turn over and kaboom.

the best way is to leave the crowd wanting more, just like gumby said.

raise up to squat on ball of feet, spin to face judges, slide one leg out into 1/2 split position then..Lat Spread.....raise up still lat spread and..........................then BOOM big smile and most muscular with meat hangin off you everywhere..............ah um oh what's that, what ay OH sorry time for me to wake up.

think front double bi or at least one of your strongest poses and then hide ur weaker ones early to mid routine then finish up with your best ones
