Hey everyone.. i recently started working out, 3 months now, it may sound odd to some of you.. but can anyone help me on cutting. Summer is coming slower then it should thank god so i got some time to figure this out lol but im just need some help im very new to the sport and i want all the help, stats if it may help

I would like to get down to 6% an maintain about there for my birthday which is in july

And im only cutting cause just i gained alot of weight in the past 3 months.. i started out at 155 and i got to 181lbs. I recently got my weight and bf% checked and i just want to cut down for summer thank you if you guys can help

Weight: 181lbs
Height: 6'1
Body Fat: 12%

Find a diet and stick to it. I would think you have enough time to cut using laynes precontest diet, its easy to follow and he has done almost all of the work for you. You can find that
here

Follow the diet to the T even the refeed days... read it and reread it until you understand it. If you stumble across something you dont understand ask it here. If you have another diet you want to follow tell us which one and people can give you their opinion on it and pointers.
