Also, posing after each set will push more blood into your muscles to get a better pump going

Thanks everyone for your comments.

Well, after going to the show and seeing the kids struggling to hold the poses and having terrible form, granted they're depleted, I figured out what I need to do. I'm going to pose as hard as possible, and see how long I can do it for. This involved both of what we're talking about, so you guys think that's a good idea?

I've also figured out the ab and thigh, as well as the serratus. But, moorey, you said something about keeping my quads together on the side chest. Are there any keys to posing that makes any given body part fuller?

Thanks all.

putting your quads together will help to sorta push the muscles outward to give a much fuller appearance.

make sure you stretch everyday another great thing that impresses judges when doing the evening routine is when you can do graceful poses such as a split and with a double bicep. Another thing no matter if you struggle or not always keep a smile. NO MATTER WHAT where ever you are keep a front relaxed pose never get out of it because that will show the judges you know what you are doing and are very professional.

Great info right there. I figured about the front relaxed, not only what you said, but the difference in the crispness of the muscles when flexed and not is exponential. Can you give me some pictures of complex, common, do-able dynamic poses like the one you mentioned?

I did a pose today where I was kneeling on the ground, twisting into a back double biceps. This really made me look good and accentuated my small waist. You think this is good for the show?
