Everybody is different and it really does depend on your condition. If your cut to hell, then you could employ the low carb system for the first three days, the next three are carb up days . The day of the show many people use complex and fast carbs, but you have to experiment and see how your body reacts, thats why many of us do more than one show, so we can make finite changes along the way. IMO though I would have a least one day when you carb up, if your in condition you shouldnt " smooth over" and if you dont you run the risk of looking "flat". All the best, Jim |
