i would suggest keeping your carbs at 150 every 2 days and on the 3rd day drop to 100 grams then repeat. on the monday before show start lowing ur carbs to 50-75 till wed. then on thursday up your carbs(200-350grams) and drop your protein by(50-75grams) since u probably won't be training-just resting and posing and putin on pro tan of course,,your water intake should be around 2.5 gallons a day up until that wed, then drop to 1.5 gal, on thur drop to 1 gal and on fri, just limit to sips and none on saturday morning b4 prejudging. this way u should come in hard and veiny. I don't know what carbs u respond best too but i would suggest yams, a few cookies (simple carbs), maybe even some pizza on friday- jus go on how ur body looks friday-and don't forget ur rice cakes with sugar jelly... what show are you doing? i'm doing one on april 19th and another april 26th. |
