id have them mostly pre workout 60% and 30% after workout and 10% to fuel you thourght the day
i train in the eveneing so the way i do it is small carbs at breakfast then big load beofer workout (6 or so hours later) then 40-50g post workout and cut them dead 4-5 hours before bed, then cardio in the morning.. you see you dont wanna be sleeping on your carbs. you want them to fuel your actiuvity
