hey guys i am dieting for spring break, which is in 15 days,. I dropped about 9lbs over the past 5 weeks, just by tweaking my carbs and cals. But now im feeling a little anxiety to drop another 6-8lbs. I am 5'10, 173lbs, at about 12% (mayb lower, just an assumption) running on 225g carbs, 2100-2300 cals. right now but thinking about cycling for the remainder of time.
day 1 - 150
day 2- 150
day 3- 50
day 4- 250
back day one
Does this seem right? any improvements? ( What should by caloric target still be while doing this) |
