we know that cardio is almost a neccessary evil to many of us to reach very low BF levels ..but I have noticed that with cardio even on a stationary bike it does harm to my knees and when i train legs it bothers me ..if i were to get off from cardio for a while ..whats left..consider diet and weights ..

another thing ...I read in an old mag that some pro said that cardio is a fashion thing that comes and go..that the best thing to burn that extra fat is to "pose" something like 20 min a day ... is that really helpful for fat loss instead of cardio ?

like kaboom said try the elipitical. it is alot easier on the knees. i feel cardio is def necessary- i have knee problems also but Im forced to do cardio (job) but to reach your goals you have to. posing does help bring out the cuts and definition but you also have to have cardio as well
