Hey guys this one is something that has been bothering me for a while, when i look at people pulling the most muscular i see them with their arms flexing their biceps out front ( crab pose i think its called) my question is because i dont have a really huge chest i dont think it will go in my favour to pull THAT pose, however is there other versions of most muscular that i can work on that i can use??
