Hey guys this one is something that has been bothering me for a while, when i look at people pulling the most muscular i see them with their arms flexing their biceps out front ( crab pose i think its called) my question is because i dont have a really huge chest i dont think it will go in my favour to pull THAT pose, however is there other versions of most muscular that i can work on that i can use??

yeh u need some real size to do that one..


if u are small, do the clasped. tehn u can move on to the crab and then hands on hips..imo

Clasp is the best for me, you need to have awesome shoulders and traps to really nail a crab

If you have a smaller frame, the crab accentuates that. But imo, the clasp isn't the best unless you have large biceps and chest. Try putting your arms out infront of you when you do the crab instead of directly at each other. Just a tip.

I have the same problem with my posing, as I practice, I find which looks better.

clapsed for good bis and shoulders but i think crap works for everyone

personally i like the clasp and the crab, but the hips one just doesn't feel comfortable to me so i don't do it.

It also makes your Chest smaller because it's being stretched. Not a personal favorite either.

i look decent at the hands on hips actually.. but the clasp is the best for me.

nice find bbdude. cus i was def calling the first pose something else fo sho. if you got a good set of shoulders and a decent chest you can really pull off these poses well.
