Hey guys I wanted to show ou my breakdown and see if I am in the right direction

6 foot 200 need be 170 by May 17

Started this week

3 days low cal/carb 1 high

Low Days

730- 5 egg whites, bowl oatmeal, banana, skim milk
10- 6 oz. chicken
1230-6 oz. round steak/ burger or w/ salad Lite Ranch
3- 1.5 scoop Muscle Milk
6-50g whey 2 pieces white bread 6 oz. chicken
830- 6 oz. chicken or 6 egg white
1030- 1 scoop Muscle Milk

High

730- 5 egg whites, bowl oatmeal, banana, skim milk
10- 6 oz. chicken w/ BBQ
1230-6 oz. round steak/ burger on wheat bun
3- 2 scoop Muscle Milk
6-50g whey 2 pieces white bread 6 oz. chicken
830- 6 oz. chicken PB and celery
1030- 1 scoop Muscle Milk

My BMR is 2064 I SUPPOSE SUBTRACT 400 FROM THAT for optimum intake



Lift- S/M/T/TH/S


Cardio- everyday but friday 30-40 mins. incline walk for a week the following week is 25 min. HIT saturday 2x a day


Supps

Antioxidants (hate veggies)
Whey
Green Tea
BCAA's
Animal Pak
Scivation X-Tend
Will Start a fat burner (Lipo 6x) in Feb.

Tanning will start next week


hoping some ideas on high calorie/carb days

Also I am doing interval week training:

Odd weeks High reps LIT cardio
Even weeks Low Reps HIT cardio

muscle milk late at night? you're in a cut? whats the reason for the muscle milk at night? why not a 31-41g casein shake. muscle milk packs in a good bit of calories if you're trying to lose 30 lbs.

Kirk, great catch playa on the muscle milk. Try BSN Syntha6 that is a really good casien product. Try to keep those calories, fat, and carbs low before go to bed man.
